Data used and purposes
- Purchases and customer accounts: identity, contact details, addresses, basket contents, orders and payment information needed for sales, delivery, invoicing and after-sales service. This processing is based on performance of the contract or steps taken at your request before a contract. Required fields are marked on forms; without this information, your order may not be processed.
- Contact requests: contact details and correspondence to answer your request, based on pre-contractual steps or the company's legitimate interest in providing customer service.
- Obligations and security: invoicing, transaction and technical data needed to meet legal obligations, manage disputes and protect the website against fraud and abusive access. Security processing is based on the company's legitimate interest.
- Visitor statistics: Google Analytics can measure website visits and use when you accept audience measurement cookies. This processing is based on your consent.
Who receives the data?
Only authorised people and providers who need the data for their role may access it: hosting and website maintenance providers, payment providers, delivery carriers and accounting service providers. The site is hosted by o2switch. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on your choice. Details needed for shipment are shared with the carrier selected for the order.
Full payment card numbers are not stored in the shop. Payment providers process the information needed for the transaction and their own obligations. Their privacy policies are available from Stripe and PayPal.
Retention
Account information and correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to manage the customer relationship or handle your request. You can request closure of your account and erasure of data that is no longer needed.
Closing an account does not erase documents subject to mandatory retention. Accounting records and invoicing documents are kept for ten years. Information relevant to a warranty claim or dispute may be retained with restricted access for as long as needed to handle it and meet applicable statutory time limits. This does not promise automatic deletion of all account data.
Cookies and privacy choices
Functions needed for the basket, authentication, security and language selection may use cookies or technical storage. Rejecting audience measurement does not prevent browsing the shop or placing an order.
Google Analytics loads only after you agree. You can accept or reject audience measurement and change your decision using the Cookie settings button on the site. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months; you may be asked again if you clear browser data. When consent is withdrawn, the site deletes existing Analytics cookies to the extent that they are accessible on this domain.
International services
Using Google Analytics, Stripe or PayPal may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, depending on the service. Information on the countries concerned and transfer safeguards is provided in those providers' policies, including Google's policy. You can contact the company for more information about recipients involved in your order.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions laid down by law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out on that basis.
Send your request to entreprise.micoud@orange.fr. If there is reasonable doubt about your identity, appropriate proof may be requested. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
